Olivier Canal
A resident of Saint-Chinian (Hérault), Olivier is a government-licensed architect and surveyor-topographer. He heads ATELIER 1, an architect’s office based in Villeneuve Les Béziers (Hérault). A talented professional and former top-level sportsman, Olivier is driven by the “winning spirit.” ATELIER 1 is present on both public and private markets, involved in new constructions and renovation projects, and has a large number of references in the fields of housing (individual or collective), as well as industrial and commercial buildings.
Julien Chazalmartin
A resident of Cébazan (Hérault), Julien heads SARL FRANCES, a public and private works company based in Saint-Chinian (Hérault) and a major player in the fields of earthworks, roads, networks, and civil engineering in the western part of Hérault. He also manages SARL CONCASSAGE DU SUD EST, a company specializing in the recycling and reuse of materials, also based in Saint-Chinian and whose activity is experiencing significant growth. Finally, he is a partner in SNBG, a family-run holding company combining the activities of the two businesses mentioned above as well as those of SLBPET and CHAZALMARTIN PROMOTION. Thanks to Julien, the family business continues to thrive, maintaining its strong entrepreneurial spirit for the past three generations.
Ludovic Jouault
Residing in Béziers (Hérault), Ludovic is the managing director of SARL GRF, which specializes in consultancy services in the fields of business and management. The company is based in Béziers (Hérault). He also co-manages SCI B’NS, a company specializing in the purchase of professional and commercial premises with headquarters in Béziers for leasing purposes. He is passionate about trade and communication.
